北京师范大学文理学院数学系讲师，硕士生导师，现任美国《数学评论》评论员(MR4533017)，研究方向为数值代数及其应用，主要从事微（差）分代数系统稳定性、矩阵多项式零点分布问题、插值与矩量问题等研究工作。
