哲学博士,现任北京师范大学文理学院人工智能与未来网络研究院、大数据系副教授(青年英才),博导;大数据云边智能协同教育部工程研究中心副主任。主要从事边缘智能、云边协同计算、分布式机器学习、网络大数据分析与利用等方面的研究。近年来,主持或参与多项国家级、省部级、产学研合作项目;在计算机网络、优化理论、人工智能、大数据科学等领域的国际期刊和会议发表论文130余篇,其中已第一/通讯作者发表IEEE/ACM Transactions系列汇刊50余篇,CCF-A类论文20余篇,谷歌引用2100+。

研究方向
主要从事边缘智能、云边协同计算、分布式机器学习、网络大数据分析与利用等方面的研究,理论分析与系统实现并重,目前致力于“通过在线优化、强化学习、机制设计等技术手段构建有效的云边端协同算力基础设施,解决上层新型人工智能应用(特别是大型生成式模型)对计算资源和服务质量的需求”。

2)分布式机器学习(特别是联邦学习)
3)云/边缘计算(特别是边缘智能与无服务器计算)

1)近似算法:组合优化问题的近似比分析
2)机制设计:通过算法博弈论实现预定目标
3)在线学习与在线算法:遗憾值与竞争比分析
4)强化学习:马尔可夫过程建模与特征提取,改善样本效率与收敛性
