学院简介

北京师范大学文理学院为建制性教学科研机构，于2020年12月在北京师范大学珠海校区成立。学院立足于学校“三步走”的战略构想，同时加速落实2018年全国教育大会精神，服务学校“双一流”建设目标和“一体两翼”的发展战略，实施面向未来的卓越人才培养，造就一批具有远大的教育理想与情怀、持续的学习兴趣与动力、宽厚的学科基础、优异的交流合作与领导力、开阔的国际视野与竞争力，勇于面对变革并大胆探索的拔尖创新人才。以宽口径、厚基础、重能力、跨学科、国际化，通识教育与个性发展相结合为本科教育理念，通过名师引领、自我发现、多元发展，实现卓越人生，培养学生成为引领和创造未来社会经济发展的拔尖创新人才。

中国语言文学、中国史、世界史、考古学、外国语言文学（英语专业文学方向、公共外语教学方向、外国语言学及应用语言学方向）、数学、物理学、系统科学、化学、生物学、心理学、地理学、计算机科学与技术、统计学

岗位及申请条件

（一）杰出人才

具有引领学科发展方向，开展高水平科学研究的能力和水平。

（二）领军人才

有标志性高水平的学术研究成果，能够在团队建设和人才培养方面起到引领和带动作用。

（三）拔尖人才

取得有特色的高水平研究成果，在学科领域有一定的影响力并获得学术界同行认可。

（四）青年英才

具有优良的科技创新潜质和较好的团队协作能力，有较大发展潜力的青年学者，在国内外一流高校或一流学科毕业的博士或出站的博士后，或有在一流高校从事两年以上教学科研工作经历的青年人才，研究成果特别突出者；自然科学、工程技术领域人选年龄不超过35周岁，人文社会科学领域不超过42周岁。

（五）骨干教师

具有博士学位或高校、科研单位任职经历，从事教学、科研工作的人员，原则上年龄不超过45岁。

Faculty of Arts and Sciences Introduction

Based on "three steps" strategic framework of BNU, Faculty of Arts and Sciences accelerates the carryout the mission listed in the 2018 National Conference on Education, serving the purpose of building “Double First-Class University”（world-class universities and first-class disciplines）under the principle of “One University，Two Campuses”, and implements future-oriented excellent talent training.
