福建三明人,哲学博士,现任北京师范大学文理学院心理系讲师、硕士研究生导师,在《Learning and Individual Differences》,《Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin》,《The Journal of Positive Psychology》,《Journal of Happiness Studies》等刊物发表学术文章10余篇等。

研究方向

主要研究自我调节与目标追求领域,聚焦于个体差异视角。研究重点包括:

(1)探究坚毅人格、特质自我控制等自我调节特质对个体发展的影响机制;

(2)考察多目标追求中的个体差异及其对目标实现和幸福感的作用。
