主要从事材料科学和凝聚态物理交叉领域的前沿研究。研究兴趣集中在预测材料结构并计算材料的物理性质,如,力学,光学,介电性质,电子结构,超导性质。同时研究高压下,凝聚态物质的新结构和新的物理规律。目前,在国际著名期刊共发表30余篇SCI论文,总引用1300余次,其中单篇最高引用109次。
