理学博士,近五年来在 Nat. Commun. 、 Angew. Chem. 、 Adv. Sci. 、 Nano Today 、 Adv. Func. Mater. 、 Bioact. Mater. 等国际专业高水平期刊以第一/通讯作者(含共同)发表论文28篇,其中影响因子大于10的论文20余篇,ESI高被引论文4篇,单篇最高被引280余次。入选第6届中国科协青年人才托举工程,获中国抗癌协会科技进步一等奖(排名第6)、珠海市科技进步特等奖(排名第8)和珠海市十大博士博士后创新成果奖(排名第1)。现任北京师范大学文理学院生物系特聘研究员、博士/硕士生导师。

研究方向
1. 为解决抗肿瘤药物血液循环时间短和多次注射出现加速清除效应的生物医学难题,生物学、医学和材料学交叉协同,开发结构简单、易于放大与转化的抗肿瘤两性离子药物递送系统,并阐明两性离子化药物实现高效药物递送的机制。
2. 为突破mRNA脂质纳米粒局限于肝脏靶向的科学问题,开发肝外器官靶向mRNA脂质纳米粒,实现mRNA对病灶部位的精准递送与表达。
3. 为提高药物在肿瘤部位的有效浓度和加强对肿瘤组织的渗透,基于生物医学工程和生物光子学等,开发在临床许可近红外光激发下物化性质可变的抗肿瘤药物,实现药物的精准靶向治疗。
