北京师范大学文理学院副教授,博士生导师。长期从事医学成像探针的研发与临床转化,致力于实现疾病的早期无创诊断和术中精准导航。通过先导化合物筛选,化学修饰和生物性质评价得到的两个放射性药物在临床上完成超过上千例病例与健康对照检查,从基础研究到临床转化迈出了重要一步。获得国际和国家发明专利授权多项,两项完成转化。目前聚焦于近红外二区(1000-1700 nm)荧光探针开发,开展从分子设计到活体实验的完整研究链条,成功突破了光稳定性,体内药代动力学和深层成像的瓶颈,研发了系列染料,推动了肿瘤术中导航,重要组织或器官的标记以及多色成像分析的发展。此外,将荧光技术与正电子技术的融合用于术前定位,术中导航。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目,北京市自然科学基金面上项目等基金。
